Paul Manafort, who served as President Trump’s 2016 campaign chairman, was convicted in September 2018 on federal charges of tax fraud, bank fraud and failure to disclose a foreign bank account. He is currently serving a seven-and-a-half year sentence for those charges and as part of his restitution, he has also agreed to give up an estimated $22 million in real estate assets, where most of it is located in New York City.
Here’s a look at the NYC-area homes of Paul Manafort, where two of the homes are already on the market:
Manafort’s former 1-bedroom corner Trump Tower apartment hit the market in June 2019 for $3,600,000. As reported by Curbed, Manafort bought the apartment in 2006 through John Hannah LLC for $3,675,000. According to the listing description, it’s a 1-bedroom that comprises 1,500 square feet, but can be easily converted into a 2-bedroom. It has multiple panoramic views, including Central Park and the Empire State Building.
This 2,061-square-foot SoHo loft was originally listed on May 30 for $3,663,000 and it received its first price cut on July 11, taking a 5% discount. It is now listed at $3.465M. Manafort’s former apartment is located in an 1895 building that has only four units. It features a key-locked elevator leading directly to the unit’s living room, which has a wood-burning fireplace. Recently renovated, the apartment includes solid walnut floors, central air conditioning and an updated kitchen with stone counters and stainless-steel finishes.

According to the New York Times, this 2,133-square-foot 3-bedroom Chinatown condo was purchased by Manafort’s daughter, Andrea, in 2007 for $2,545,625. Three private terraces are accessed via the master bedroom, second bedroom and living room. This building reportedly offered the first automated parking system in the city. The unit boasts custom upgrades like a wine cooler and Brazilian cherry floors. It is not yet listed for sale.
Manafort’s former Carroll Gardens property is a sprawling 4,284-square-foot townhouse built in 1899. It spans four stories. When purchased in 2012, it featured lavish details like original crown moldings, gold leaf window carvings and marble mantels. But, according to the NY Times, the home underwent an extensive renovation in 2017. The impressive home includes a private garden and a wood-paneled game room. The home is currently off the market.
This whopping 10-bedroom, 6-bathroom Southampton home sits on 2.37 acres of prime real estate along exclusive Jobs Lane. It contains a basketball court, tennis court, putting green, swimming pool and of course, it’s in the desirable location of the Hamptons known as “South of the Highway.” Trulia estimates the 2001 mansion to be worth $10,048,283. This property is not yet listed for sale.
