Your Rental Boost Premium tier listings just got a serious upgrade. Already enjoying 4.5x more exposure with top placements in StreetEasy search results, Premium tier listings now include premium listing pages. This immersive, full-screen experience features a room-by-room photo gallery that captivates renters from the first click. Now live on all active Premium tier listings, the upgrade also includes distinctive map markers and an enhanced gallery badge in search results.
That means more visual impact, with listings seeing a 15% increase in time spent on the listing page, 9% more photo and media engagement, and 57% more map clicks, delivering a presentation that matches the quality of the rentals you’re marketing.

Rental Boost is StreetEasy’s flexible advertising solution for rental listings, designed to help you stand out from the competition and fill vacancies faster. It offers three tiers: Basic, Plus, and Premium, each increasing in exposure as you move up. Payment is on a per-day basis, and you can switch tiers anytime directly from your StreetEasy account.
Premium tier listings now include premium listing pages on StreetEasy, making the top tier an even more powerful way to market your rentals on our NYC Rental Network: StreetEasy, Zillow Trulia, and Hotpads.
What are premium listing pages?
Premium listing pages work at every stage of the renter journey, drawing attention in search results and delivering an immersive experience that helps increase engagement with your listing.
Before renters ever land on your listing, a distinctive map marker and enhanced gallery badge in search results signal an elevated experience, helping your listings stand out and drive more clicks.
Once they click through, renters viewing your listings see:
- Immersive imagery with a smooth, easy-to-navigate gallery
- A room-by-room photo gallery with descriptions, letting viewers move through the space in an intuitive sequence, in the order you choose (e.g. living room to bedroom to outdoor space)
- A polished, elevated presentation that makes every listing feel a cut above the rest
Which Rental Boost listings are eligible?
Premium listing pages are available exclusively to Rental Boost Premium tier listings. If your listing is currently active on the Premium tier, the upgraded experience is already live for renters with no setup required.

Whether you’re new to Rental Boost or looking to upgrade your existing listings, getting access to premium listing pages takes just a few steps.
New to Rental Boost:
- Create a StreetEasy account if you don’t already have one
- Log in and create your rental listing
- Select Rental Boost and choose the Premium tier to unlock premium listing pages and the full suite of Premium tier benefits
Already on Rental Boost Basic or Plus:
- Log into your StreetEasy account
- Open your active listing
- Navigate to the Ad plan tab and upgrade to Premium

You’re in control: Turn it on or off anytime
Premium listing pages are turned on by default for every eligible listing. But we know that one size doesn’t always fit every property or preference, so you have full control.
You can switch the premium experience on or off for any individual listing from the Photos and media tab when managing your listing, whether you’re on desktop, your phone’s web browser, or the StreetEasy Agent Tools app for iOS or Android. The setting is per listing, so turning it off for one listing has no effect on the others.
Make the most of your media
Now that premium listing pages are live, it’s worth taking a few minutes to organize the photos on your eligible listings. The room-by-room gallery is your opportunity to tell a visual story, guiding renters through the space the way you’d walk them through it in person.
Here’s how to get started:
- Open the Photos and media tab for any eligible Rental Boost Premium listing
- Make sure the enhanced listing display setting is turned on
- Arrange your photos by room in your preferred order to take full advantage of the gallery experience
- Any new photos you add later will automatically go into a general “Other” bucket. Simply drag and drop them into the right room and sequence whenever you’re ready
