“Real Housewife” Luann de Lesseps has listed her historic Sag Harbor home for sale so she can take her summertime fun upstate.
The New York Post was the first to report that the RHONY co-star has had her fill of the Hamptons’ scene and instead would like to kick it in the Catskills. Not a bad move, considering the mega-millionaires, snarls of traffic and keeping-up-with-the-hedge-fund-managers that rules the Hamptons scene.
And with a list price of $6.25 million, that ought to buy de Lesseps a tremendous getaway in the mountainous terrain just about two hours north of NYC.
But, she will be giving up a beauty out east. The 19th century Greek Revival home now listed with Christopher Burnside of Brown Harris Stevens sits on Sag Harbor Cove waterfront, which makes for a lovely setting. The home is a reasonable 2,300 square feet and was purchased by de Lesseps in 2013 for $2.43M, according to the Post. It has its own private dock, too. And if she doesn’t get a quick sale, it’s reportedly also for rent for the month of August for $150K.
Just take a look at the slideshow below to get a feel for the place. Quite nice!
