Biggest drawback: This 3BR rental does have two bathrooms, but only one of them is a full bath. That means just one shower shared between three roommates, which might be tricky. And the closest subway is the M train, which might make for a rather lengthy commute to midtown. Finally, the front yard seems to be paved over, so there’s no grass or garden. But hey, outdoor space is outdoor space, especially in pandemic times — a few potted plants and some patio furniture can create your own personal oasis.
