StreetEasy Hosts Second Essys, Recognizing 2019’s Standout Agents

The music has stopped. The lights have gone up. And the curtain’s closed on another Essys event. Last week’s awards show may have only been our second ever, but we feel quite confident in saying that it was the best Essys yet!

Setting the Stage

More than 230 of NYC’s best real estate agents packed the swanky Paradise Club inside Times Square EDITION hotel for a night to remember. House of Yes dazzled with a mix of acrobatics, stunts, song, and dance. And to top off an already remarkable evening, six deserving agents walked across the stage to receive an Essys trophy commemorating their even more remarkable accomplishments in 2019.

That’s what this annual night of recognition is all about: acknowledging and celebrating the dedication that sets NYC real estate agents apart from those in any other market. There may have been delightful appetizers, truffles, even tarot cards. But it was the crowd itself — our valued partners who came out to mingle, network, and toast to their peer agents — that made this night so special.

Starting with hundreds of potential finalists, we pared the list down to the top three nominees per category. It wasn’t easy. Ultimately, the winners listed above stood out for the quality and consistency of their work. It’d be an understatement to simply say they go the extra mile for clients, their community, or their colleagues. Looking at what they accomplished this year, we’re inspired — and eager to see what next year holds for the one-of-a-kind world that is NYC real estate.
