Still “Hangin’ Tough” as a New Kids On The Block fan? Then you might have heard that the boy band’s popular youngest member, Joey McIntyre, is heading west to California with his wife and family. The good news for us New Yorkers is that his former home on the Upper West Side is now on the market, and it’s a beauty!

Inside Joey McIntyre’s NYC Apartment

The NKOTB star has also seen some success on Broadway, with an acclaimed stint in “Wicked” and most recently in the show “Waitress,” so it makes sense that he’d have a home in Manhattan.

McIntyre’s apartment, 317 W. 89th St. #4W, is a sprawling 4-bedroom, 3-bath affair in an elegant building right near Riverside Park. It boasts the moldings and high, beamed ceilings that are hallmarks of a quintessential UWS prewar. The 2,651-square-foot interior also includes a lovely L-shaped gourmet kitchen with Calacatta marble counters, double wall ovens, and double dishwashers.

In addition, there’s a separate home-office, an entrance gallery, a formal dining room, an in-unit washer/dryer, and at least 10 closets. (Honestly, I lost count. And if you have ’80s-boy-band money — NKOTB sold more than 70 million records worldwide! — why shouldn’t you have more closets than you can count? Go get it, Joe Mac!)

The home is listed at $4,395,000 by Jennifer Kaufman Stillman of Douglas Elliman.

McIntyre’s New Home

As reported by Architectural Digest, the McIntyre family is moving to Los Angeles’s chic Hancock Park neighborhood. Their new home will be about as far removed from NYC apartment life as you can imagine: a French Normandy–style manor house. The lushly landscaped $5.6 million home was designed by Arthur R. Kelly — the same architect who designed the Playboy Mansion. Even once they’re grown up, boys will still be boys!
