It’s time to sell some Midtown real estate for Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima and her ex-husband, Marko Jarić, a former NBA star.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Lima and Jarić no longer wish to use their 2-bedroom condo at 146 West 57th Street as a pied-à-terre, so they’ve re-listed the 46th floor unit at $4.85 million. It had been listed for sale three years ago for $5.5 million.
Lima, who is from Brazil, and Jarić relocated to Florida several years ago with their children. They were divorced this year and say the 2,200-square-foot condo is not part of their future plans. The unit features 2.5 bathrooms and a third bedroom/den and boasts an array of automated Crestron system to control lights, music, temperature, and shades, and Venetian plaster walls throughout.
Metropolitan Tower on 57th Street was built in 1986 and remains a desirable, white-glove condominium tower with a private restaurant and fitness center. It’s close to 5th Avenue and Central Park.
Lima is a Victoria’s Secret Angel and a Maybelline cosmetics spokesperson. Jarić played for the Los Angeles Clippers, Minnesota Timberwolves and the Memphis Grizzlies before retiring in 2009. The ex-couple have two young children.
