But, for an incredible price, it offers a launchpad for life in one of the city’s most coveted neighborhoods. Sandwiched between trendy cafes and dive bars, this location is right in the thick of the West Village. (That window may look out on a brick wall, but as we like to say here at StreetEasy, behind that wall is NYC.) It oozes a classic, no-frills rental charm that’s hard to find in fancier parts of the city these days, and we’re into it.
