Formerly a defunct knitting factory, which was the inspiration for the name, The Loom created a new benchmark for residential and commercial life in Bushwick. The four-story loft building was transformed into a mixed-use gem, consisting of sixty residential loft units and 21 retail spaces. The lofts feature twelve-foot ceiling heights coupled with sweeping views of the city. All units feature hardwood floors and a classic tin ceiling. The retail spaces on the ground floor are configured to form an innovative interior mall.
