About

1107 Fifth Avenue is located on the southeast corner of 92nd Street and is one of the grandest prewar apartments on Fifth Avenue. Built in 1925 by the George Fuller Company and designed by W.K. Rouse and L.A. Gladstone, this fourteen-story building was constructed after Mr. Fuller convinced Marjorie Merriweather Post Hutton to sell her mansion which occupied the site. In return, Mr. Fuller agreed to essentially recreate her former home on the top three floors of the new building.
