About

The Morse Carriage House

Richard Morse nephew to Samuel Morse, the inventor of the telegraph, and editor of The New York Observer found great comfort in his home at 13 West 129th Street. He moved from his Flatiron home on 23rd street to upgrade his space, his neighborhood, and his life. He was enthralled with endless space in residence so exquisite. He was soon joined by many guests who loved to stay at his townhome maybe a little more than he did.
