1300 Park is a unique construction project. The developers and the architects had a major goal to achieve, to create the very best of modern urban living, while not only preserving but improving on upon the integrity of the original building. This challenge was met with a complete redesign of the buildings interior in order to maximize space and incorporate modern design standards, at the same time bringing the structure of the building into the 21st century.
