About

Built in 1904, this limestone prewar building with an ornate building entryway is a historic gem in Harlem. The building was among one of the first pre-war residential buildings built along Seventh Avenue, now known as Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard and which extend several blocks north along the illustrious European-styled boulevard. Restored in 2009, this prewar 6 story, elevator building preserves its old world charm with a beautiful marble lobby accented with frescoed ceilings and many other original features.
