Originally designed in the Art Deco style in 1928 by Schwartz & Gross as a button factory, 241 West 36th Street was converted to a cooperative of half and full floor lofts in 1979. The building’s beautiful marble lobby has been recently restored, and amenities include video intercom security, two keyed passenger elevators, a large freight elevator, and a virtual doorman service for the package room.
