444 West 23rd Street, also known at “Fitzroy Place”, is a co-op building located along West 23rd Street between Ninth Avenue and Tenth Avenue in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Originally built in 1900, it rises six stories and houses five residential units and is part of a group of buildings known as the “Fitzroy Townhouses”.
