The 50 Wooster building was originally a six-story Romanesque cast-iron structure built in 1895 and designed by the architect F. S. Baldwin.
This building was joined with 42 Wooster to form The Wooster Street Condominium in the late 1990s. The two buildings were renovated together in the mid 1990’s by Lawrence B.
