About

Located in NoLIta at the corner of Broome and Mott Streets, the Brewster Carriage House is a new construction boutique condominium within a historic landmarked 19th Century building. Built in 1856, 374 Broome Street was the home to Brewster and Co., America’s most luxurious horse carriage maker. Clients included the Vanderbilts, Fricks and Astors. Brewster and Co. would later move onto automobile body building and car importing for Delaunay-Belleville and Rolls-Royce.
