About

Originally built in the latter part of the 1800’s, 74 Bank Street is just over 25′ wide and approximately 6,000 square feet. The Greek Revival home, was erected by the notable builder Andrew Lockwood who partnered with master carpenters Baldwin & Mills to craft the perfectly proportioned and elegant home. The original stoop is still intact allowing for a gracious entrance to the parlor floor with 13′ ceilings, as well as an additional entry through the English basement.
