930 St Nicholas Avenue is a 6-story elevator cooperative, located just north of West 155th Street. The building is formed by three wings divided by two light courts on either side of the building, and the buff-brick and limestone facade is tastefully garnished with scroll keystones and three small balconettes on the Western facade, facing the avenue. The simple classical revival style is credited to architects Albert Morris and Charles. P. Feibusch, who designed the building in 1909.
