Once home to the first Jewish-language newspaper, The Forward, 175 East Broadway is a Beaux Arts Architectural Masterpiece. Built in 1912, The Forward Building was refurbished in 2006 by Lower East Side architect Ron Castellano who has combined contemporary design while still paying homage to the historical landmark. The converted luxury condominium ’skyscraper’ sits directly across from Seward Park and remains a defining presence in this vibrant neighborhood.
