Since launching in 2019, the StreetEasy® Experts program has enabled local real estate agents to grow their business by helping buyers and sellers interested in NYC homes. And not just any buyers and sellers — those whose needs match the agent’s particular expertise in a building, neighborhood, or type of property.

Now, as we close out yet another year of Experts, it’s time to celebrate the top successes of 2023. We’re proud to recognize the year’s leading Experts by sales volume and transactions, as well as the highest-priced Experts deals. We’ll also recap the exciting tools, features, and content launched this year as part of our continuous efforts to improve the Experts program.
