Ian has been a real estate advisor since 2013, and has sold in excess of $1B of real estate across hundreds of transactions. He has sold across Manhattan and Brooklyn, and holds significant experience in condominiums, cooperatives, townhouses, rentals, and new construction, as well as off-market equity deals. In addition to this, Ian is himself a multifamily investor, and understands legal, financial, and management nuances of ownership. He is frequently quoted in the press for his input on the market, often in the New York Times, WSJ, FT, Bloomberg, or The Real Deal. 

Ian, a resident of Greenwich Village and Bellport, studied at Brown University, where he was the captain of the Varsity Swim Team.
