Nick is the founder of Nick Gavin Properties. The team’s office is located at 107 Spring Street, across the street from the Judd Foundation and known as being the oldest building in SoHo. Born and raised in SoHo, he now lives with his family in a historic Greenwich Village townhouse on the MacDougal-Sullivan Gardens.
