Born and raised in Germany, Niklas grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. His strong work ethic, influenced by optimism and results-driven mindset, was instilled in him from a young age. As he progressed into adulthood, Niklas resided and studied in various countries such as Germany, France, and the US. This exposure allowed him to deepen his understanding of diverse cultures while concentrating his academic pursuits on sales, entrepreneurship, and social psychology.

Outside of work, Niklas enjoys his freshly renovated West Village apartment as well as New York's endless culinary experiences. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Niklas excelled in Strategic Marketing for one of Germany's world-wide leading Automotive Brands and Consulting at a Big Four Accounting Firm.
