Rachel Thompson understands that a real estate undertaking is both a technical as well as an emotional endeavor. Her mission, therefore, is to work with fierce determination to facilitate the process for every buyer, renter and seller she represents, and to flawlessly execute each transaction for a swift and satisfactory outcome. Rachel is always prepared to put forth the effort and perseverance necessary to secure the right apartment or deal. A focused listener, she responds immediately to her clientele’s needs, then follows through down to the last detail. Her customer service skills are as impeccable as are her talents for project management, marketing and advertising, all of which she cultivated during a long, successful career at top ad agency Ogilvy & Mather prior to her entering real estate. Serving such upscale hotel/travel clients as The Pierre, The Peninsula and The Mark Hotels, and her role as account supervisor for IBM, also prepared Rachel to work effectively with a most diverse group of clients. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Rachel developed an early interest in real estate from her father in the business. She moved to New York City to attend Parson’s School of Design, and has since utilized her love of design and architecture to the great benefit of her real estate customers. Extremely dedicated, patient and pleasant to work with, Rachel takes each person’s needs personally, whether it be a first-time buyer or a long-time homeowner looking to sell.
