Grant Priest brings decades of property investment experience to every client situation.  He began in 1988, buying his first small apartment building as a live-in owner/investor, and took his hobby and passion full time in 2000. He thrives on matching buyers with the right property and making sure sellers achieve the best results.

Grant grew up in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys all outdoor activities, particularly skiing, hiking, and horseback riding. A Manhattan resident and enthusiast for nearly 15 years, he serves on the Board of his Chelsea co-op.
