David B Everson

With professional experience in architecture, construction, renovation, real estate, business and finance, David Everson is of great assistance to the buyer and seller of real estate in New York City.

A graduate of Duke University and the Harvard Graduate School of Design, Mr. Everson began his career as an architect in New York City providing design services to a variety of accounting, banking and financial institutions. Mr. Everson quickly started his own architectural practice specializing in the renovation of apartments, houses and offices in Manhattan, Long Island, and Fairfield County, Connecticut. In addition, he began to invest in residential real estate in Manhattan.

A highly regarded professional, David has been involved in numerous real estate transactions regarding townhouses, cooperatives, condominiums and lofts from the Upper East Side to Tribeca; he can easily spot the perfect apartment for renovation and /or investment. Having resided in several co-ops and condos on Park and Madison Avenue- and presently on the board of his building, David is well versed in sensitive issues and negotiations that are intrinsic to the successful transaction.
