Ryan Goldstein

Ryan Goldstein is a born-and-bred New Yorker who was raised in Greenwich Village and now resides in Union Square.

Before aligning with Compass, Ryan was the Principal Broker of Aether Property Group, a full-service boutique real estate brokerage

specializing in residential properties primarily in Downtown Manhattan. He also led Forward Property Group, a commercial brokerage that assisted brands and businesses in finding spaces that would help them flourish.

With over 20 years of experience as a full-service broker, he has served as the exclusive broker for landlords, facilitating the leasing of thousands of residential units, as well as the purchasing and selling of apartments and buildings. He has also helped to lease retail spaces primarily to hospitality clients.

A staunch advocate for his peers and clients, Ryan is a knowledgeable negotiator, and a focused and communicative partner.
