STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES Pursuant to State law, Karen B. Pollack, LREB is making these Standard Operating Procedures available to the public. Hard copies of these Standard Operating Procedures available to the public upon request. Standard Operating Procedures in Order to Receive Services from Karen B. Pollack, LREB are as follows: 1. PROSPECTIVE CLIENT'S IDs: There is no general requirement to provide photo indentification in order to work with Karen B. Pollack, LREB. However, an individual property owner, certain sponsor/developer or managing agents or certain listing brokers may require photo identification prior to a showing or to work with them. I will communicate this information to buyers when such a situation arises. 2.EXCLUSIVE BROKER AGREEMENT: An exclusive buyer representation agreement is not required to work with Karen B. Pollack, LREB. 3. PRE-APPROVAL/PROOF OF FUNDS: Proof of funds including mortgage pre-approval when an offer includes financing is required before making an offer to purchase. Property owners are nonethless free to set their own qualifying criteria so long as such criteria is established in advance of soliciting buyers, is applied uniformly and obejectively to all buyers and is non-discriminatory.
