Lauren Silk Kronenfeld combines a specialized background in real estate law with an unmatched knowledge of the local apartment landscape and an innate love for the great New York City apartment search. A New York City native and long-time resident of Upper East Side, Lauren received her J.D. from Cardozo Law School and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Her extensive experience working in real estate law—including as in-house counsel for a real estate developer and litigation attorney for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development—gives Lauren a specialized knowledge base that sets her apart from other brokers. This background is especially helpful in selling real estate, as she provides an in-depth understanding of the particulars of contracts and closing costs.

Lauren became fascinated with New York City real estate while looking for an apartment of her own, and, having made the transition to brokerage six years ago, greatly enjoys guiding her clients through this process. Known for her professionalism and meticulous attention to detail, she takes the time to listen to each customer’s specific needs, and puts in the extra effort to find the specific solution that is right for them.
