Sam Bader

After receiving his MBA in marketing from New York University Sam Bader entered the world of advertising and became an executive at three of the world's largest ad agencies. A decade later he founded what became one of New York's most successful legal search firms. He served for two terms as President of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants.

He became intensely interested in New York real estate as the owner of four East Side co-ops and an 18-year member and subsequent president of the board of a large Park Avenue co-op. He knows what it takes to pass a board, how to prepare the proper board package, and how to select the right kind of apartment for a potential buyer. He was the 1997-1998 and 2003-2004 Co-Chairman of the Residential Sales Council of the Real Estate Board of New York.

He is married and the father of two grown sons. For the past 25 years he has been Co-Chairman of the Sunday Lunch Program for the homeless at New York's Temple Emanu-El and is a member of the Harmonie Club.

He joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2004 after ten years with another major real estate firm.
