With over 20 years of real estate experience, Judy Bond has established an impressive track record, beginning with the honor of being named “Rookie of the Year” at McGuire Real Estate, a prestigious firm in San Francisco. At McGuire, she specialized in the sale of luxury condominiums and single family houses in Pacific Heights, Russian Hill and Nob Hill. As is customary for brokers in California, Judy was responsible for writing and negotiating the purchase contract.

Since moving to New York in 1992, Judy has consistently been a top producing broker. She is comfortable selling in all Manhattan neighborhoods, particularly the Upper West Side near Lincoln Center where she sold and rented several apartments, particularly in the Millennium Tower, a luxury condominium on West 67th Street. Judy has also represented scores of satisfied buyers and sellers on the Upper East Side where she owns a co op in the East 70’s.

A former secondary teacher in Beverly Hills with Bachelor and Masters Degrees in English, Judy brings excellent communication skills to any real estate transaction. And as an amateur pianist and avid supporter of theater and the arts, she frequently enjoys the wonderful cultural adventures New York has to offer.
