Joy Duval

Born and raised in North Carolina, Joy Duval first experienced the thrill of a career in real estate when her father involved her in buying and selling family properties. She developed a keen sense of property values. Joy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

After graduating, she received her North Carolina Real Estate license. Joy relocated to New York where she had a career as a print model and appeared in numerous publications and TV commercials. There she developed her “people skills” and her sensitivity to the needs of individual clients.

Joy joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2009 as a member of Caroline Brown's team. She lives with her husband of eighteen years and two talented children in a classic Tudor style cooperative on the Upper West Side. Their son attends Trinity School and enjoys soccer. Their daughter is an enthusiastic performer in local theater.

Joy offers clients seeking a home in New York's cooperative, condominium and townhouse market her personal touch – in effect, “the Joy of real estate!” Joy understands the dedication it takes to compete and win with personal integrity and imaginative problem-solving.
