Tracy Warner

Tracy A Warner is a seasoned sales aficionado who deeply understands the unique needs of discerning buyers, and has long facilitated the process of purchasing high-end items that best suit them. Tracy previously sold not only at upscale Tiffany's and Bloomingdale's, but for many years worked in her parents' prominent jewelry establishment - M.B. Altman Sons - located on Fifth Avenue right across from Saks. Tracy subsequently studied at the Gemological Institute of America to enhance her advancement in the jewelry business. Since joining The Corcoran Group in 2002 as Referral Director working as liaison between customers and agents, she ultimately decided to focus her skills directly in residential sales. Tracy spent the last decade in the field of education. For the past five years, she was the Director of Admissions at York Prep, a coed college prep school on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Upon concluding that chapter, she has rejoined Corcoran full time as a member of the very successful Sahlman Team. Tracy's well-spoken manner, sophisticated style and service-centric approach continue to endear her to clients who rely on her expertise to find the perfect home. Tracy is a trustworthy, dedicated and business-savvy real estate representative who will work tirelessly for buyers and sellers to attain their goals and reach their dreams. Fueling her success is Tracy's insight as a lifelong Manhattanite who grew up on the Upper East Side and attended private schools there including Spence, where her three daughters attended as well. Two of the three are now in college, Northwestern University and Villanova University. Tracy graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in French and Western European studies, plus earned her MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business. A current homeowner in the 90s on Park Avenue, Tracy is highly knowledgeable of and actively involved in her community. She gives a great deal of time to The Spence School, serves on their Alumni Board and now as a Villanova Parent Ambassador. Tracy is fluent in English, French and Spanish. For recreation she enjoys tennis, running and other athletic pursuits, as well as travel and downtime at her second home on Long Island.
