At Brown Harris Stevens, Lauren works with top broker John Burger after working four and a half years with Kyle Blackmon.
Lauren and Kyle Blackmon grossed $659 million in sales over their four and a half year collaboration including the two highest condominium re-sales to close in Manhattan to date.
Lauren’s interpersonal skills and ability to handle every situation with energy and dedication ensure that clients are at ease. She has a keen sense of understanding her client’s needs and tenacity to work with them until they buy or sell their home.
Prior to entering her career in real estate, Lauren worked in Lower School Admissions at an all-girls school on the Upper East Side. In addition to her private school background, Lauren draws upon a business venture she ran on Nantucket, MA that specialized in home organization.
From an early age, Lauren loved art and architecture, which in turn led to a passion for real estate. She grew up in Concord, MA where she graduated from Middlesex School. She earned a B.A. in Art History and Architectural Studies from Trinity College in Hartford. While at Trinity, she interned at Christie’s in New York as well as a boutique architectural firm in Beacon Hill. Lauren wrote her senior thesis on New Urbanism with the community of Windsor, in Vero Beach, FL as her case study.
She continues to maintain contact with her prep-school and college through serving as Class Agent and conducting regional interviews. Lauren recently purchased her first apartment in a co-op on East 68th Street and enjoys running in the park, walking her mini-longhaired dachshund, Nolan and escaping the city for a round of golf.
