Marie Denise Niles

Denise is a native New Yorker – born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She was educated in private schools and matriculated at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York with major concentrations in Sociology and Urban Studies. For 32 years, she was employed as an Executive Assistant to the Pastor and Administrator for an historic Methodist congregation in Brooklyn. Her responsibilities included bookkeeping, preparation of yearly financial reports, service bulletins, graphic design and marketing materials, building maintenance supervision, and sermon and lecture research. Her computer and internet marketing skills and years of experience working with people were excellent pre-requisites to have on hand when she decided to begin a second career in Real Estate. She joined forces with Crossings Realty in July of 2007 and has established herself as a competent sales agent in Kew Gardens, Queens in particular and the New York City Metropolitan area in general. Denise was instrumental in the sale of several sponsor condo units in Kew Gardens, namely Kew Gardens Town House Condominium, a 32 unit condo conversion. She was also part of Crossings’ sales team that spearheaded the successful marketing and sale of Metrofalls Condominium, the newest development in the Kew Gardens community.
