Tena Bugarin

Tena Bugarin’s European flair and sophistication, her passion for New York City real estate, culture, food and art, together with her unflagging commitment to getting the job done no matter what it takes make her the ideal real estate broker and the ideal advocate for her clients. Hailing from the beautiful Adriatic Coast in Croatia, Tena fell in love with New York City on her first visit and Manhattan has been her home for nearly ten years. Fluent in English, Italian and, of course, Croatian, and possessing a sparkling personality and unflappable nature, she is charming and engaging. Tena earned a Masters in Journalism from the prestigious University of Zagreb, with a concentration in public relations and television media, and this background has been instrumental to her effective marketing skills. She has an exceptional ability to communicate in both the spoken and written word; her Certification as a Negotiation Expert ensures outstanding client representation. When not selling real estate, Tena is actively involved in the Croatian community and is a founding member of the Association of Croatian American Professionals in New York. She also enjoys her volunteer work for animal rescue shelters.
