David Yale Wolfenson

David Wolfenson grew up in Minneapolis, MN and attended the University of Minnesota, where he earned top honors. Fifteen years ago, a chance meeting with firm founder (Maxwell Jacob Kozower) resulted in David's joining the newly minted Maxwell Jacobs, as its first sales agent - now associate broker.

David offers a common sense, hands-on approach, effortlessly guiding buyers and sellers from first introduction through closing. David's vast knowledge of the Manhattan landscape, dealmaking skills and pleasant demeanor promote stress free transactions.
