Katy Aidan lived in Paris before moving to New York, where she resides in her own co-op and helps clients explore all neighborhoods of this great city to find their next new home.

Fluent in English and French, Katy draws upon her international background that includes doing extensive sourcing around the world while in the fashion business as well, especially in Asia, Europe and North Africa. Her ability to relate well to clients of all ethnicities and social levels fuels her effectiveness not only at forging strong relationships, but at fulfilling their unique needs when it comes to seeking or selling property in New York City.

Prior to entering residential real estate, Katy was in the apparel industry for 20 years in New York. From her experience learning every aspect of the industry from the ground up to successfully launching her own label, she honed the exceptionally sharp creative mind and business skills it takes to excel in a fast-paced business. Katy is inspired by the energy of New York and by the thrill of competition that drives her and shapes her life.
