Roman first moved to the U.S. at just 19 years old. Shortly after arriving in the states, he got to work earning his degree in Accounting. In 1987 he got his first job in the real estate industry as a salesperson. Over the next several years, Roman gained incredible experience and built upon his natural talents through various roles within real estate. He became an expert in Coop and Condo conversions and market. He has vast knowledge in real estate financing having worked with various financial institutions over the years. Roman has grown from working on Co-ops to commercial real estate, and buying multi-family dwellings for development, to now owning a well-respected brokerage since 1995.

When he’s not busy showing properties or helping his clients negotiate the best deals, Roman loves to spend time with his wife, 3 stepdaughters, and 2 grandchildren. He is passionate about living life to the fullest and enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, racing sailboats, and really anything that will get him outdoors in the fresh air.

His enthusiasm for life is equal to his excitement for assisting others during the real estate process. Roman has built a long-standing reputation for being knowledgeable, but he is also creative with his approach and always works hard for his clients.
