Jason has excelled in Manhattan and Hudson Valley residential real estate sales and real estate development projects and has continuously demonstrating exceptional market knowledge, sharp negotiating skills, unparalleled customer service and record-breaking sales. Jason has also worked exclusively with the city's top real estate developers. Most recently, he was Extell Development's Director of Sales for Central Park Tower, the world's tallest residential building with a sell-out of over $5 billion. Prior to that, was appointed Sales Director for The Charles, a full-floor condominium project at 1355 First Avenue where full-floor units totaled nearly $200 million, including two penthouses which sold at over $58 million and broke all-time sales records uptown east of Third Avenue . Jason is not only highly-seasoned working with buyers and sellers throughout New York City, but also working exclusively with the industry's most prominent real estate developers including Extell, Bluerock Development, Victor Homes, The Sorgente Group, Morabito Properties, Aore Holdings, The Moinian Group and Mitchell Marks - just to name a few. Prior to entering real estate, Jason worked for 11 years as a precious stone dealer in the Diamond Districts of Los Angeles and New York, where he gained an extensive background in luxury marketing and sales. While he has lived in Europe and traveled throughout the world. Jason is a twenty year resident of Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, a place he appreciates for its amazing diversity. When not working at Corcoran in NYC, Jason also works as an associate broker at Paula Redmond Real Estate in Rhinebeck, NY where he helps many of his city-based clients sell or find homes in the Hudson Valley. He also enjoys playing tennis,gardening and spending down-time with his two rescue dogs in Rhinebeck - his second favorite places after Manhattan.
