Kim Rand

Following a family tradition, Kim started in Real Estate in 1986. Kim has a dual Real-Estate License and is associated with both Corcoran in New York City and Coldwell Banker in Westchester County. Kim has a proven track record of expertise of sales and extensive knowledge of homes in Westchester County and apartments in NYC. Throughout her career she has won many sales and listings awards, and has ranked in the Top 1% of NRT. Kim has built a reputation as a hard-working broker with the knowledge, intellect, sensitivity, and expertise to assist all of her clients in realizing their real estate goals. She has a predominantly referral-based clientele which is a testament to these attributes. She graduated from Syracuse University with an Accounting degree. In her spare time, Kim enjoys running, cooking, boating, cross country skiing, and sports.
