David Harland

Nicknamed "The City" by David, his extensive knowledge of NYC's real estate market comes in part from having lived here most his life. He is both knowledgeable and passionate about the City and it's architecture and has a deep understanding of existing and projected market conditions and trends.

David's superior negotiating and "dealmaking" skills were honed as a senior executive with a major financial services firm and before then as a litigation attorney with a "big-law" Wall Street firm.

Raised in Greenwich Village, David attended the United Nations School in New York and is the son of a diplomat. He is a graduate of Tufts University, The London School of Economics & Political Science, the University of London and Columbia University School of Law.

David resides on the Eastside with his partner and her two children.

For recreation, David bikes, skies, horseback rides and plays tennis.
