Patricia Shiah

Patricia is more than a friendly and experienced real estate professional; she’s a true people person. She listens carefully to her client’s needs and expectations and develops a personalized marketing strategy to reach their desired goal. She has an eye for beauty and style and has transferred her love of the arts to her taste in architecture and the expansive variety of New York City’s buildings.

Growing up in Hong Kong has helped to shape her unique approach to the ever changing world of real estate. A native speaker of Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese, and some French, she is exceptionally equipped to broker a deal with a wide variety of clients. A graduate of Barnard College, Patricia continued on to Princeton University to pursue her passion in Chinese Art.

Patricia has called Manhattan’s Upper East Side her home for over 30 years while raising her three children and participating in volunteer work with the New York City Ballet. She is also an avid supporter of the Asia Society, China Institute, Metropolitan Opera, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Chinese Americans.

Patricia enjoys staying current on all things pertaining to New York City.
