Susan Dileo

There’s no place in the country where real estate happens the way that it does in Manhattan. Susan Raskin-DiLeo, Executive Director of the award-winning BASS TEAM at The Corcoran Group, understands this fact and expertly navigates her clients through the process. Her warm manner, ability to communicate expertly, and her proficient understanding of the complexity of NYC real estate, have proven to be valuable strengths in her real estate career AND are the reason why 100% of Susan’s business is referral-based or repeat clients. Susan’s finely-tuned people skills are one of her greatest advantages to offer to her clients. She has the reputation of being adept at working with anyone involved in a sales or rental negotiation: a cooperating broker, landlord, co-op board, real estate attorney, or lender. These skills are vital to a smooth and successful transaction. Along with her husband and their two daughters, Susan lives in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Carnegie Hill. Along with being a member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Susan is also involved in various charitable and community organizations. She is a “Neighborhood Partner” at the Jewish Community Center on the Upper West Side and donates a portion of any earnings derived from a JCC affiliated or referred client back to the JCC. Susan is proud to be one of the original volunteers involved in Culture For One,a group that helps bring cultural events to the lives of children in foster care. One of Susan’s favorite past times is to take her two miniature dachshunds, Waffles and Eloise, on walks around Central Park.
