Nancy Weaver

As a veteran associate broker and Senior Vice President with Douglas Elliman for over thirty five years, Nancy Weaver has sold close to a thousand Manhattan properties including over eighty three townhouses and mixed use, commercial buildings. 

Throughout her long real estate brokerage career with the company, she has won numerous, prestigious Chairman’ s Circle Awards and has been honored with the Douglas Elliman Lifetime Achievement Award.

Having an extensive referral net work of loyal “repeat” clients, Nancy is committed to serving her customer’s best interests to secure the perfect buyer for a property. As a first class townhouse specialist well known in the industry, she enjoys having a long list of townhouse sellers whom she has successfully represented as their Exclusive Broker; often selling a building twice and three times over. Also, she has a thorough knowledge of most Co-op and Condo Board requirements and is adept at guiding buyers into a successful purchase. 

Nancy has a B.A. in English Literature from Wheaton College, Norton Massachusetts and is a graduate of the Academy of St. Elizabeth in Convent Station, New Jersey. She has lived abroad and is bi-lingual in Spanish and conversant in French and Italian. Consequently, she has successfully worked with many European and South American clients who have been referred to her.
