Evan Jaquias-Johnson

Active in real estate since 2008, Evan has witnessed the highs and lows of the industry. With an expansive depth and breadth of knowledge from years of experience in a range of capacities including commercial leasing, residential property management, on-site leasing, rentals, and sales, Evan ensures that no potential opportunity, issue, or detail is missed. His straightforward, numbers-backed approach ensures your real estate decisions make financial sense – critical for the renter, buyer, seller, or investor.

A Southern California native, Evan has lived in Bushwick and Park Slope in Brooklyn, and Midtown and the Upper East Side in Manhattan where he currently resides. He has represented clients in nearly every neighborhood in Manhattan, and has developed a broad understanding of the personalities and nuances of each neighborhood throughout the two boroughs.

Evan's goal for each and every client, whether the objective is marketing a home for sale, purchasing a home, or renting a home, is to build a relationship for Life. There the whole way from his clients’ initial relocation to NYC, to their first home purchase and beyond, forging a strong and ever-growing relationship creates the best foundation for success.

Evan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and holds a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Finance, and a Minor in International Studies.

Outside of real estate, Evan enjoys playing the piano, taking in the theater, and attending food and wine events throughout the city. He enjoys international travel, and frequently returns to California to visit his family and friends.
