Ro Guzman

Rodrigo (Ro) Ibrahim Guzman has a real estate career spanning over 20 years. His business revolves around an old meets new philosophy because while he embraces today's technology wholeheartedly, he also is very "old school" when it comes to looking everyone in the eye, picking up the phone, and offering a smile no matter what the circumstances.

Formerly a Mortgage Loan Underwriter, this financial savvy and analytical thinking gives Ro a distinct edge that translates into smart deals and smooth transactions for his clients. Ro is known as the ‘L Train Broker’ because he focuses on Brooklyn and Manhattan along the L train line, but will travel wherever his clients need him to go within New York City. He was also once referred to as ‘The Hipster’s Broker’ because he was THE broker used by many hip consumers buying and renting throughout then-newly found Williamsburg and Manhattan’s villages. As a youngster, Ro’s parents allowed him to participate in missionary work both locally and abroad. These experiences helped him learn how to handle tougher than usual situations and in different languages. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French Creole and is proficient in French.

Ro spends his down time focusing on interfaith activism, animal and children safety activism AND he makes a mean salad; not out of a bag!
