Colin O’Leary is a licensed real estate professional serving New York City and Southwest Florida. A U.S. Air Force veteran, husband, and father of two, he is known for integrity, discipline, and a client-first approach. In 2021, he founded The Big City Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, guiding clients through Manhattan’s luxury condos, Brooklyn brownstones, and the distinctive communities of Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. In 2024, he expanded to Southwest Florida, from Naples to Fort Myers. A Pace University graduate, Colin is recognized for strong negotiation skills, transparency, and hands-on support in buying, selling, and investing.
