George Aponte

George Aponte is a licensed Real Estate Agent with more than 20 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, and Operations – the perfect combination for the Real Estate Business. He is now serving Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties to fulfill all your housing needs. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY, the Long Island Board of Realtors, NYS Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is Fluent in Spanish.

George's objective is to provide a service of communication and information that will guide you in your decision making in the buying or selling process. George's experience includes but is not limited to marketing properties, coordination of contracts, forms and disclosure statements required by the state, arranging site inspections, communicating with mortgage lenders, assisting buyers in locating lender and obtaining financing, negotiations, balancing offers and counter offers. George will be the Project Manager of the successful buy or sale until the deal is complete. George has multiple offices in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties.

George is a resident of Port Washington.
